Merritt City Council: I believe that creating another 'City' at 286 is a mistake; and urge re-consideration. we have already see the effect of creating a similar development adjacent the freeway (and this proposal would also include offices/administrative uses) and it led to the decay of our downtown. Retain these lands as residential usage; and let our existing downtown serve as the source of commerce for the residents. I do not support the re-zoning. Darch Oborne 1699 Ponderosa Way
