I just received a notice of zoning amendment bylaw2338,2022 . You want to change zoning to CD3, in my opinion i do not understand how you can develop anything on this piece of land? It is definitley in a flood zone ,many houses are still empty on Coldwater Ave. due to the floods !If the development is built higher than the homes on Coldwater and a flood happens again all the houses on Coldwater and Quilchena will definitly not survive another flood, i do not agree with this development proprosal !
